Course Overview
Our Tajweed Level 1 Foundation Program is a 6-day intensive designed specifically for sisters. This course serves as a stepping stone to reciting the Qur’an with precision, confidence, and soul. We focus on building a systematic understanding of Tajweed rules, moving from pronunciation to practical application, ensuring a solid base for future Ijazah or advanced studies.
What You Will Learn

Makharij al-Huroof: Master the articulation points of every letter.

Essential Rules: Understand Noon Sakinah, Meem Sakinah, and Qalqalah (Echoing Letters).

Vowels & Lengthening: Deep dive into Natural, Muttasil, and Munfasil Madd.

Precision: Master the rules of Lafz al-Jalalah (الله), Raa, and Mouthful/Empty-Mouth letters.

Recitation Flow: Learn proper stops and Qur’an symbols.
Who Can Join?
This program is open to sisters who meet the following criteria:

Ability to read Arabic text and basic fluency in recitation.

A desire to correct pronunciation and master Tajweed basics.

Pre-requisites: Completion of a Qaida course OR the ability to read Quranic Arabic words fluently.
Note: If you cannot read Quranic words easily, please register for our Al-Qāʿidah Nūrāniyyah course instead.

Program Schedule & Platform

Duration: 6 Days Intensive.

Daily Commitment: 2.5 Hours per day.

Platform: Online via Google Meet.

Requirements: A stable internet connection and punctual attendance.
Assessment & Grading
To qualify for Tajweed Level 2, students in the Paid Track must achieve a minimum score of 75%.
Grading Breakdown:

Continuous Evaluation (40%): Daily participation and engagement.

Theory Exam (50%): A written exam focused on critical thinking and understanding of rules.

Creative Project (10%): Create a teaching aid (PPT, video, animation, or chart) explaining a Tajweed lesson.
Certification
Upon successful completion and passing of exams, students will receive an official certificate from the Darul Hikmah Islamic Centre, recognizing their achievement and readiness for advanced study.
